If you lost money invested in TIE between 2002 and 2012, you may submit a claim to recover a pro-rata share of the funds now held in trust.

A claim must be submitted by:

  1. completing and returning to us the “TIE Investor Contact Information Form”
    (PDF, WORD); and
  2. completing and executing an “TIE Investor Claim Affidavit” (PDF, WORD) and returning an executed copy to us. Instructions on how to complete the Affidavit are here (PDF)

Pursuant to the court order, these steps must be done by 28 October 2016, or else you cannot submit a claim to the funds.

Information provided in the Contact Information Form will be kept confidential and will only be used by Code Hunter LLP to communicate with you.

Completed Affidavits will be filed in court to obtain approval of disbursement of the funds (i.e., the contents of the Affidavit will therefore be publicly accessible).

The Contact Information Form and Affidavit must be returned to Code Hunter LLP by Post or Delivery to:

  • Code Hunter LLP cannot provide legal advice to you unless you are a client of Code Hunter LLP. You are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.
